Firestone Radial 8000 Utility R-4 Industrial Tractor Tire

The Firestone Radial 8000 Utility R-4 is a purpose-built industrial tractor tire engineered to deliver reliable traction and long-lasting durability across both agricultural and utility environments. Backed by Firestone's century-long heritage in farm and utility tire manufacturing, this tire line is trusted by operators who demand consistent performance whether on soft field terrain or hard-packed and paved surfaces.

The R-4 industrial tread designation strikes a proven balance between field-capable lug depth and hardpack stability — outperforming smoother R-3 turf tires in soft soil while remaining controlled and predictable on paved or compacted surfaces. This versatility makes the Radial 8000 Utility an ideal solution for compact utility tractors, backhoe loaders, industrial equipment, and multi-use machines that regularly transition between worksites and roadways.

Key Features:

• R-4 Multi-Surface Tread Design: Optimized shoulder lug angle delivers capable field traction across all surface types — from soft soil and mud to gravel and pavement
• Radial Construction: Provides superior ride comfort, reduced heat buildup, and improved handling versus traditional bias-ply designs, increasing both operator comfort and productivity
• Multi-Layer Belt System: Extra-thick base gauge combined with a multi-layer belt and curved rib in the upper sidewall guard against punctures and cuts in demanding work environments
• Extra-Wide Tread Arc: Enhanced lateral stability and highly responsive operation, improving control under load across varied terrain
• Cut- and Chip-Resistant Compound: Tread rubber formulated to withstand the abrasive conditions common to industrial and utility applications, promoting long service life
• Uniform Tread Wear: Even lug distribution supports consistent wear patterns and extended service life across the full range of working conditions
• Firestone Agricultural Heritage: Engineered by one of the most trusted names in agricultural and industrial tire manufacturing, with a proven track record across generations of farm and utility equipment

From muddy fields and gravel worksites to paved roads between jobs, the Firestone Radial 8000 Utility R-4 tire line offers the versatility, durability, and dependability that utility equipment operators rely on. Available in a range of sizes to suit a wide variety of compact and mid-frame tractors, loaders, and multi-use utility machines.
