Supertech Performance MAEVN-2301F-8 Black Nitrided Exhaust Valves for Mazda/Ford Duratec 2.0L/2.3L

These performance valves are engineered to deliver superior durability and enhanced engine performance for racing applications including drag racing, rally, road racing, and other motorsports.

Crafted from a one-piece forging, these valves undergo a meticulous two-step forging process to ensure superior grain flow and strength. Each valve is CNC machined in multiple steps for exact dimensions, then receives specialized heat treatment for stress relief followed by black nitride hardening treatment that provides a smoother surface than chrome coating and produces less friction between the stem and valve guide.

Technical Specifications:

• Head Diameter: 30.00mm (standard) flat design
• Material: Stainless Steel 23-8N with black nitride finish
• Groove Type: Single groove
• Length: 103.40mm

Performance Benefits:

• Black nitride hardening treatment for enhanced durability and wear resistance
• Reduced friction between valve stem and guide for improved efficiency
• Precision-ground surfaces for perfect sealing and optimal flow
• One-piece forged construction for maximum strength and reliability
• Designed specifically for high-performance and racing applications

Supertech Performance valves are manufactured with over 20 years of expertise in valve technology, working closely with engine builders to continuously improve designs.
