Supertech Performance GDE-MI66-STI-8 Intake Valve Guides for Mitsubishi 4G63

These high-performance guides are designed for use in Evolution, DSM (Eclipse GSX/Talon TSi), and other 4G63-powered applications where reliability and performance are critical.

Each valve guide is precision-machined from high-quality manganese bronze material, offering an ideal balance of wear resistance, dimensional stability, and durability under extreme operating conditions. This material specification ensures consistent valve stem guidance while minimizing friction and heat buildup during high-RPM operation.

Technical Specifications:

• Valve stem diameter: 6.6mm
• Outer diameter: 12.07mm (standard OD)
• Guide length: 45.5mm
• Material: Manganese bronze
• Application: Intake valves only

Performance Features:

• Precision-machined tolerances for optimal valve stem clearance
• Designed to work with Supertech low-friction black nitrided valves for maximum performance
• Superior wear characteristics compared to OEM guides
• Ideal for rebuilt cylinder heads and high-performance engine builds
• Standard outer diameter fits factory cylinder head bore specifications

These valve guides are essential components for any serious 4G63 engine rebuild or performance upgrade. They provide the precise valve stem support needed for reliable valve train operation in drag racing, rally, road racing, and high-boost street applications.

Installation Note: Professional installation by an experienced engine builder or machine shop is recommended. Proper installation requires specialized tools and precise measurement of cylinder head guide bores to ensure correct interference fit.
