Everything up to receiving item was fine. Only small negative is the crossmember could have been packaged better. It arrived with one corner slightly bent. I showed it Mr. Vise and straightened it out. Next step painting. Thanks!

Navigating the website was pretty simple and the delivery time was outstanding. However, the product picture and discription online was not the product I received.
