Product Details

The QA1 MCOM12T is a commercial-grade metric spherical bearing designed for suspension, steering linkage, and general rod end applications. This bearing features QA1's MCOM-T Series construction with a self-lubricating PTFE liner for extended service life and smooth operation in high-misalignment applications.

Key Features:

  • 12mm bore diameter with 30mm receiver race diameter
  • Ball constructed from 52100 bearing steel, heat treated, precision ground, and hard chrome plated for maximum durability
  • Self-lubricating PTFE (Teflon) liner eliminates need for regular greasing
  • Alloy/chromoly steel outer race, heat treated and protective coated for corrosion resistance
  • Superior wear characteristics compared to standard carbon steel bearings
  • 16mm inner ball width with 12mm race width

QA1's MCOM-T Series metric spherical bearings offer an economical solution for performance and racing applications where traditional commercial-grade bearings are specified. The chromoly steel construction provides better wear resistance and longer service life than standard carbon steel alternatives, while the PTFE liner reduces friction and maintenance requirements.
