Cusco 566 290 B20 SAFETY21 6-Point Roll Cage Dash-Through Steel

The Cusco 566 290 B20 SAFETY21 roll cage is engineered to provide maximum driver and passenger protection while significantly enhancing chassis rigidity for improved handling performance. Designed specifically for the 2008-2016 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X (CZ4A chassis), this professional-grade roll cage is built to meet the demands of both competitive motorsports and serious street driving.

Construction and Design:

• Constructed from cold-drawn seamless steel tubing with 40mm outer diameter and 2.0mm wall thickness
• 6-point configuration with dash-through design for optimal structural support
• 4/5 passenger capacity, maintaining factory seating arrangement
• Black painted finish provides corrosion protection and professional appearance
• Includes all necessary mounting plates, reinforcement plates, and hardware for installation
• Mounting plates measure over 60cm² with 2.6mm thickness; reinforcement plates over 120cm² with 3.2mm thickness

Performance Benefits:

The SAFETY21 roll cage dramatically increases body rigidity, reducing chassis flex during hard cornering and aggressive driving. This enhanced structural integrity translates to improved steering response, better suspension geometry retention, and increased driver confidence on both track and street. The dash-through design maximizes protection while maintaining accessibility to the vehicle interior.

Important Notes:

• Designed for non-sunroof models only
• Professional installation recommended
• May require interior modifications for proper fitment
• Average weight: approximately 53 lbs (24 kg)
