The ARP 234-3725 is a premium head bolt kit specifically engineered for GM LS Gen III and Gen IV engines from 2004 and later. This kit features ARP's legendary 8740 chromoly steel construction, heat-treated to 200,000 psi tensile strength for superior clamping force and reliability under extreme cylinder pressures.

Key Features:

• 12-point head design for precise torque application and reduced fastener stress
• 8740 chromoly steel construction with black oxide finish
• Rated to 200,000 psi tensile strength for maximum clamping force
• Precision CNC-machined threads rolled after heat treatment
• Includes premium ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant
• Direct replacement for OEM head bolts on 2004+ LS engines

ARP head bolts are manufactured in-house to aerospace tolerances, ensuring consistent quality and performance. The 12-point head configuration allows for more accurate torque readings and provides greater wrench-to-fastener contact area compared to hex heads. Each kit includes detailed torque specifications and installation instructions. Ideal for performance builds, forced induction applications, and high-compression engines where reliable head gasket sealing is critical.
