The COMP Cams 7391-1 is a V-Thunder Series forged race hydraulic roller lifter engineered for Harley-Davidson Evolution engines. Sold individually, this lifter is purpose-built for high-performance and racing applications where strength, precision, and reliability are critical.

Unlike cast or standard billet lifters, the 7391-1 features a forged steel body that delivers superior structural integrity under high-stress racing conditions. The race-spec slow bleed rate design maintains consistent valve timing and pressure during aggressive, high-RPM operation.
