Supertech Performance MCEVI-1202-HS Sodium Filled Inconel Exhaust Valve Oversize - 0.8mm

The Supertech Performance MCEVI-1202-HS is a high-performance sodium filled Inconel exhaust valve designed specifically for Mini Cooper N14B16 and N18B16 engines. This valve features a +0.8mm oversize head diameter (27.0mm) and is sold as a single unit, making it ideal for precision replacement or custom builds requiring oversize valves.

Advanced Materials and Construction:

• Constructed from premium Inconel-Nimonic alloy with sodium filling for superior heat dissipation
• One-piece forging with two-step forging process ensures optimal grain flow and strength
• Sodium filling reduces valve head temperatures significantly, critical for modern turbocharged engines
• Length: 110.15mm with single groove design
• Heat-treated and stress-relieved for maximum durability

Performance Benefits:

• Reduces valve head temperatures compared to standard valves, improving material strength and longevity
• Cooler operating temperatures allow for more aggressive spark timing advances
• Average 10% weight reduction over stock valves improves valvetrain dynamics
• Precision CNC machined in multiple steps for exact dimensions
• Patented Superfinishing process guarantees flawless valve surfaces
• Valve tips hardened beyond 52 HRC for extended service life

Supertech Performance valves are engineered for racing applications including drag racing, rally, and road racing. Each valve undergoes rigorous quality control including ultrasonic testing, x-ray analysis, and Finite Element Analysis to ensure consistent performance under extreme conditions.
