I signed up to &quot;save 20% on shipping now&quot; and never received my email with the discount code. When I called, I was told to call back after my oeder was placed to get refunded the 20% shipping. Not exactly ideal. Why would you promote instant savings and then make the customer wait up to 24hrs before the automated system sends an email? That's not exactly instant!

Great site. Provided needed technical specs. Shipped promptly. Although I had to ask for the tacking number, it was not emailed, one was provided promptly upon request.
