Product Details

The ARP 117-6001 is a high-performance connecting rod bolt kit engineered specifically for classic Cadillac OHV V8 engines, including the 331, 365, and 390 cubic inch variants. These precision-manufactured rod bolts are designed to replace factory hardware with superior clamping force and reliability.

Key Features:

  • Manufactured from premium 8740 chromoly steel for exceptional strength and durability
  • Heat-treated to 190,000 PSI tensile strength for maximum clamping force
  • Precision rolled threads ensure accurate and consistent torque readings
  • Black oxide finish provides corrosion resistance
  • Includes premium-quality nuts and hardened parallel-ground washers
  • Direct replacement for stock Cadillac rod bolts

ARP rod bolts are essential components for any performance or rebuilt Cadillac engine, providing the reliability needed to handle increased cylinder pressures from higher compression ratios, forced induction, or aggressive engine builds. Each kit contains enough hardware for one complete V8 engine.

Good shopping experience so far.

Great website sources and links

Fast ordering!!!! Love it!!!!

great but 25% of $10.05 of shipping isn't the correct amount taken off

I returned. Good price.

2 day turnaround and the best price anywhere? What's not to love? Great experience, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Web site is very easy to follow or use. I'm thinking of finding other parts here. The battery has been delivered so quickly. It'd be better to see the order status changed from processing to shipping (or something) to know that it actually was shipped. Bu
