Fox Racing Shocks 980-02-128-1 3.0 Series Remote Reservoir Bypass Shock 14 In 2C/1R Black Custom Valving

The Fox Racing Shocks 980-02-128-1 is a 3.0 Series Remote Reservoir Bypass Shock Absorber featuring a 14-inch stroke with a 2-compression / 1-rebound bypass tube configuration and custom valving. Designed for high-performance off-road applications, this shock delivers precise, tunable damping control for demanding terrain.

Fox's 3.0 Series bypass shocks are engineered for racers and serious off-road enthusiasts who demand position-sensitive damping. The bypass tube design allows the shock to progressively change its damping characteristics based on shaft position — providing a compliant ride early in the stroke while firming up dramatically near full compression to prevent bottoming.

Key Features:

• 3.0-inch body diameter for increased oil capacity and improved heat dissipation
• 14-inch stroke for maximum wheel travel
• 2 compression / 1 rebound bypass tubes for position-sensitive, tunable damping
• Remote reservoir (R/R) for additional oil and nitrogen gas capacity
• Custom valving tailored for specific vehicle and application requirements
• Black anodized finish for corrosion resistance and durability
• Rebuildable and re-valvable design for long service life
• High-flow internal floating piston (IFP) separates oil from pressurized nitrogen gas

Fox Racing Shocks 3.0 bypass units are a staple in desert racing, rock crawling, and extreme off-road builds. Custom valving ensures this shock is optimized for a specific application at the time of manufacture, delivering race-proven performance right out of the box.
