Product Details

The Manley 42321-4 connecting rod bolt set delivers exceptional strength and reliability for high-performance engine builds. These premium fasteners feature ARP Custom Age 625+ material, a super-alloy specifically engineered for extreme racing and forced induction applications where standard bolts simply cannot handle the stress.

Key Features:

  • ARP Custom Age 625+ super-alloy material with 260,000 PSI tensile strength
  • 3/8 inch diameter cap screw design
  • 1.600 inch Under Head Length (UHL)
  • 12-point head style for precise torque application
  • Complete resistance to atmospheric corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement
  • Superior fatigue cycle life compared to ARP2000 and other materials
  • Set of 4 bolts with caps included

Installation Specifications:

  • Recommended torque with Manley lubricant: 55 ft-lbs
  • Recommended torque range: 60-70 ft-lbs (depending on lubricant used)
  • Recommended bolt stretch with Manley lubricant: 0.0065"-0.0075"

ARP Custom Age 625+ represents the pinnacle of fastener technology, offering approximately 37% more tensile strength than ARP2000 material. This makes it ideal for extreme high-boost applications, nitrous systems, and competition engines where connecting rod bolt failure is not an option. The material is completely immune to stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement, ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh racing environments.

Important Note: These are universal performance rod bolts designed for aftermarket connecting rods. They are not compatible with OEM factory connecting rods.

Easy

Easy shopping

I received excellent customer service from Autoplicity. I emailed them a question about my order and received an answer within an hour or so. I was very happy with this company

Excellent

Easy and quick

After searching Google Shopper for a Thule 45058 roof rack kit, I ran across Autoplicity.com was, by far, the lowest priced vendor for the product - so low that a local retailer offered to take 20% off their MSRP price but it still didn't compete with Autoplicity.com's price. Purchasing was a breeze and I look forward to receiving the rack soon.

easy to find what i needed

Easy checkout process

Good prices...easy to navigate.

iS THE THROWOUT BEARING INCLUDED?

I ordered the Truxport tonneau cover for my Nissan Frontier. I am very happy with Autoplicity, they have the best price by far on this product, and they promptly sent me an email when it was shipped.....the ONLY thing I wish they would have done but didn't is to include a tracking number. I think the reason they didn't include it is that it was shipped directly from the manufacturer, but they did give me the tracking number when I called and asked for it. Overall a very positive experience
