Manley 11426TB-8 Titanium Intake Valves 2.150" Bead Loc Groove +.500" Length

Manley 11426TB-8 titanium intake valves are engineered for high-performance and racing applications where reducing valvetrain weight is critical for achieving higher RPM potential and improved throttle response. These premium valves feature a 2.150-inch head diameter with a .3415-inch stem diameter and are designed .500-inch longer than stock height for custom engine builds.

Key Features:

• Forged one-piece construction with grain flow—not a head welded to a stem—ensuring superior durability and eliminating potential weak points
• Machined Bead Loc groove for positive keeper retention and minimal vertical movement, especially during valve float conditions
• Micro-polished jewel-like surface finish that eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• Manufactured from premium titanium alloys that provide the ideal balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength
• CNC machined in state-of-the-art turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances
• Lightweight design reduces overall valvetrain mass for quicker valve action and increased engine speed capability

Each set includes 8 intake valves. Note: Bead Loc valve locks are required and sold separately. These valves are ideal for drag racing, road racing, and high-performance street applications on small block Chrysler, Ford, and GM engines. Rigorous quality control ensures each valve meets Manley's strict tolerance specifications for reliable performance in demanding environments.
