Shipping charge is a bit to steep. Would recommend streamling your website, specifically product search and tech. information. Example, no where could I find the size of the "big Boy" unit I purchased. This unit weigh 5 lbs and that would have been useful and helpful info. Also, it is physically larger that anticipated. Have condsidered returing the product as I'm not sure it will fit in the space allocated for it. Returns are a hastle for you and me and could be avoided wiht more information on your website.

It doesn't get much easier. I liked the PayPal and Amazon check out option. Tracking shipping information was very vague, not having any tracking number or any exact dates around shipping and expected deliver date (other than a window of dates). Overall it was easy to deal with autoplicity
