Cusco 965 492 TP Power Brace Rear Trunk Plus Chassis Reinforcement Bar

The Cusco Power Brace Rear Trunk Plus is a high-strength steel chassis reinforcement component designed to improve rear body rigidity and provide a safe mounting point for racing harnesses. Constructed from durable steel with Cusco's signature metallic blue finish, this brace connects the left and right rear side members to significantly reduce body flex and improve vehicle control during spirited driving.

Key Features:

• High-strength steel construction with blue powder coat finish
• Reduces rear body flex by tightly connecting rear side members
• Improves traction and vehicle control by minimizing chassis twist
• Four welded safety harness brackets for shoulder belt mounting (off-road/competition use only)
• Bolt-on installation using existing rear seat bracket and child seat anchor bolt holes
• Enhances handling characteristics and cornering stability

Installation Notes:

Installation requires trimming of rear seat bracket side covers and rear trunk foam for a clean, finished appearance. The harness anchor points are intended for shoulder belts only in competition applications and should not be used for waist belts. This brace is a popular upgrade among track enthusiasts looking to maximize chassis rigidity without the commitment of a full roll cage.
