Manley 11467HTB-8 Titanium Exhaust Valve 1.600in Diameter Small Block

The Manley 11467HTB-8 is a premium titanium exhaust valve designed for small block GM, Ford, and Chrysler high-performance and racing engines. This valve features a 1.600-inch head diameter with 0.3415-inch (11/32-inch) stem diameter, engineered specifically for applications demanding reduced valve train weight and high-RPM capabilities.

Key Features:

• One-piece forged titanium construction with grain flow design for maximum durability
• Micro-polished jewel-like surface finish that eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• Extended length: .200 inches longer than stock for modified cylinder heads
• Overall length: 5.340 inches
• Bead Loc groove design for superior valve lock retention
• Manufactured from premium titanium alloy optimized for exhaust valve temperatures
• CNC machined to exacting tolerances on state-of-the-art equipment
• Back cut: .055 x 30° for improved flow characteristics
• Lightweight design (approximately 73 grams) reduces valve train mass

Manley Performance titanium valves are ideal for high-RPM applications, aggressive camshaft profiles, and racing engines where every gram of reciprocating weight matters. Each valve undergoes rigorous quality control inspection to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Note: Bead Loc valve locks are required for installation. Valve guides must be properly sized to achieve correct clearances with the 0.3415-inch stem diameter.
