I ordered on Sat. Dec 29th. With the new year holiday, I expected package to arrive on Wednesday. Was told it would arrive Thursday by the end of the day. I did not receive it until Friday afternoon.. In short, they shouldn't say 2 day delivery, since it took 6 days. I am however very happy with the product I ordered.

Prices were very fair, had to check back a few times to the listing to determine if item was sold in pairs and/or individually. Overall however the product looks good.

Very good website. Easy to use. found the parts i needed and the order process was very easy since i could just login using my amazon account. Very convenient. Received my parts in a week.

I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.

I ordered this product and Wednesday in the morning and it was on my door step Thursday morning with regular shipping. The ordering process was super easy and the price was $35 cheaper than any other online retailer. The Rack is awesome, easy to assemble took me about 20 minutes by myself, put on my jeep hooked up the bikes and off I went, fantastic design, I highly recommend the Rola NV2 bike rack and highly recommend Autoplicity
