Cusco BM0 265 E D1 Chromoly 6-Point Roll Cage Through Dash 2-Passenger Mini Cooper S

The Cusco BM0 265 E is a D1 Chromoly 2-Passenger 6-Point Dash Through Roll Cage engineered for enhanced safety and chassis rigidity in performance and motorsport applications. Constructed with 40mm diameter chromoly pipes, this roll cage is 33% lighter compared to steel material cages, making it an ideal choice for both street and track use.

Key Features:

• 40mm diameter chromoly construction provides significant weight savings over conventional steel
• Lightweight joints used to increase safety with competition roll bar designed layout
• Standard tubular frame with joints that can either be welded or bolted, with base plates that can be welded into the vehicle or bolted to the body
• 6-point configuration with through-dash design for 2-passenger capacity
• Material designed to absorb light to medium impact without jeopardizing structural integrity, finished in Cusco metallic blue
• Structures based on feedback straight from the competition field, backed by Cusco's racing heritage

The primary objective behind the Cusco rollcage design is to protect the driver and passengers during a vehicle rollover, while also providing superior monocoque rigidity that helps during cornering where chassis flex can hinder performance. This cage features a through-dash configuration that routes the main bars through the dashboard area for maximum structural integrity.

Important Notes: Professional installation required. 6-point and up roll cages may require interior alteration (switches may have to be relocated and glove boxes modified). Roll cage padding is strongly recommended for all bars within reach of occupants. This is a special order item and may not be eligible for return or cancellation.
