Product Details

The Fox Racing Shocks 041-08-160-A is a precision-engineered valving shim designed for Fox 2.0, 2.5, and select 3.0 series shock absorbers. These shims are critical components in customizing compression and rebound damping characteristics to match your specific application and terrain conditions.

Key Features:

  • 0.008" thickness for precise valving control
  • 1.600" outside diameter
  • 0.504" inside diameter fits Fox 2.0, 2.5, and some 3.0 shocks
  • High-quality construction for consistent performance
  • Used for both compression and rebound valve stack tuning

Valving shims allow you to fine-tune your shock absorber's damping rates by adjusting the shim stack configuration. The lower the valving number stamped on your shock's bottom cap, the faster the shock reacts; higher numbers indicate slower reaction. When revalving your shocks, it's recommended to replace the stover nut for optimal performance and safety.

Google took me to your website. They had my hard to find part. Easy to use. Checkout was a snap. If this part is the 1 then this may be my new one and only parts store. LOWEST PRICES!

Quick and easy

easily found what I needed

Nice site, good price

I purchased an Optima Red Top 75 battery from Autoplicity and they have some of the best prices available. The item was shipped right away and they knew the inventory that was available, not like others who said there may be a 2 to 3 week shipping time frame. So far the service has been great and I look forward to continued great service.
