Sumitomo 5532059 ST528 11R24.5 Commercial All-Position Radial Tire 149/146K

The Sumitomo ST528 is a premium all-position commercial truck tire engineered for medium-duty trucks operating in mixed service highway and off-road applications. This 11R24.5 radial tire features advanced S-Tech Design technology that delivers exceptional durability, long tread life, and superior casing integrity through multiple retread cycles.

Key Features and Benefits:

• Deep 26/32" Tread Depth: Increases time in service and provides enhanced traction at all wheel positions
• Four Steel Belt Construction: Resists punctures, increases vehicle stability, and contributes to more retread cycles
• Stone Ejector Buttons: Protect the casing from damage at the base of grooves, preventing stone drilling and retention
• Thick Curbing Ribs: Shield the casing from sidewall damage in demanding on/off-road conditions
• Extra Thick Undertread Layer: Protects the belt package from impacts and extends tire life
• Rust Inhibitor Compounds: Coat all interior steel belts and body ply components to prevent corrosion
• Application-Specific Tread Compound: Resists tread chipping in high-scuff on and off-road applications

This tire carries a 149/146K load rating (7165 lbs single/6614 lbs dual) with a maximum inflation pressure of 120 PSI. The symmetric rib tread design enhances steering responsiveness, driving stability, and all-weather traction while minimizing rolling resistance. Wide grooves effectively disperse water to resist hydroplaning in wet conditions.

Designed for all axle positions on commercial trucks and buses, the ST528 combines Sumitomo's reputation for quality engineering with real-world performance that fleet operators demand.
