Product Details

The BFGoodrich ST244 is a premium highway radial tire engineered specifically for commercial truck steer axle applications, though it can be utilized in all wheel positions. This tire delivers exceptional fuel economy through its specialized low-rolling-resistance tread compound that reduces energy loss while maintaining durability for long haul operations.

Key Features:

  • Optimized tread design for steer axle performance with all-position versatility
  • Fuel-efficient compound reduces rolling resistance for lower operating costs
  • Decoupling grooves minimize tread block movement to reduce irregular wear
  • Multiple siping throughout the tread enhances traction and promotes even wear
  • Dual load rating of 149/146 for single and dual configurations
  • Speed rating L for sustained speeds up to 75 mph
  • Robust casing construction designed for commercial truck durability
  • Highway rib tread pattern provides stable handling and long tread life

The ST244's advanced engineering makes it an ideal choice for line haul, regional haul, and highway service applications where fuel efficiency, long wear, and reliable performance are critical to fleet profitability.
