Firestone 223 Destination LE2 P245/75R16 109S All-Season Highway Tire

The Firestone Destination LE2 is built for drivers of SUVs, light trucks, and crossovers who demand reliable all-season performance with a quiet, comfortable ride. This highway tire features a silica-enhanced light truck compound molded into a symmetric tread design that helps grip the road in dry, wet and wintry conditions.

Advanced Tread Technology:

• Notched shoulder blocks backed by continuous ribs work together to promote dry road handling, even wear and long treadlife
• Circumferential and sweeping grooves across the tire's footprint help evacuate water to resist hydroplaning and enhance wet traction
• Cross grooves, stepped inside shoulder rib notches and zigzag sipes provide biting edges that promote traction in snow
• Sweeping, high-angle tread grooves are sized using sound wave suppression to reduce road noise for a quiet ride

Performance Features:

• TractionTech technology resists uneven wear with full-depth 3D sipes that provide extra bite for stronger grip in light snow and wet conditions
• Spirally wrapped nylon cord ensures maintained uniformity at all times for improved high-speed capability
• Improved rolling resistance contributes to reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emissions while delivering strong wet traction

This tire comes with a 60,000 mile warranty and carries a 109S service description with Standard Load (SL) rating. The Destination LE 2 is an all-season highway tire that is long-wearing, affordable, and performs well in most weather environments including light snow while offering a quiet and smooth ride.
