Firestone 241252 FS820 11R22.5 Commercial Truck Tire All-Position Radial

The Firestone FS820 is a heavy-duty all-position commercial truck tire designed for steer, drive, and trailer positions in severe on/off-highway service. Built for medium-duty trucks operating in demanding mixed-service conditions, this tire excels where casing damage, tread cuts, and chipping are common occurrences.

Key Features:

• All-steel casing construction with cap/base compounding resists cuts and punctures for exceptional durability
• Extra deep and extra wide tread provides excellent traction, increased tread wear life, and improved handling
• Rugged five-rib tread design with deep grooves combats stone retention for long mileage and retreadability
• Stone rejector platforms in grooves help protect belts from potential damage by preventing stones from becoming trapped
• Continuous shoulder design combats tread squirm for extended tread life
• Multiple gripping edges provide biting surfaces that enhance wet traction and all-weather performance
• 16-ply rated (Load Range H) construction for heavy load carrying capacity

The FS820 delivers reliable performance for commercial fleets that regularly travel on and off highway, offering a long casing life that makes it an excellent candidate for retreading. Special tread compounds enhance durability while maintaining flexibility for superior road contact throughout the tire's service life.
