BEFORE RECEIVING: I ordered because several other reviews commented on fast delivery and great service. I hope so! I need my car fixed soon. Great prices was also a factor. Website was easily navigatable. AFTER RECEIVING: Ordered on September 1st. I never received an email saying my order had processed. After waiting 5 days, I called to see why I had received nothing, other than seeing the money taken from my bank account upon ordering 5 days prior. I asked to simply have the order cancelled and the money put back into my account (at this point I was overly willing to pay the extra $10 at my local Parts Store to have my car running, as it had now been down over a week!). He just said "I can check into it, but I cannot guarantee that I can cancel your order." I would have thought that perhaps the guy who was going to "check into cancelling my order" might have possibly noticed on his computer that the part had actually shipped from California on September 3rd (as I found out after it was delivered). He never once told me it had shipped, and I still never received anything from them stating it had processed or shipped. On day 8, my part showed up! Seriously, ten minutes AFTER it was delivered, I received an email saying it was SHIPPED. What the...?? I totally understand "under-promise and over-deliver", but leaving me in the dark for over a week and then letting me know it was indeed shipped AFTER I received it is NOT "over-delivering"! Their price was definitely the lowest, but I'm not sure I would like to go through this headache again for their low prices. The older I get, the more I realize TIME is way more precious than money! I can always go make more money. :-)

first time ive order from here and my experience was great! shipping was crazy fast. and they had the best price shipped on the 2jz arp head stud set i could find. also how on their site they actually list if they have the part in stock and how many which is very helpful. ive payed for parts to find out the vender didn't even have them available. which lead to more down time. and we all hate down time :)

Great prices on all there products and shipping was fast and easy!! Customer service even better I would recommend these ppl to anyone
