Hard to find a Rambox cover at a good price, had an issue with putting the rails in called and talked to the manufacture who helped with getting the install correct.

So far, so good. This is my first purchase and I haven't received anything yet.

I requested a return authorization but received NO reply. The picture featured included more than a grommet, but a grommet was all I received. The shipping was outrageous. Do not believe I wIll do business with you again.

I ordered the part on Wednesday and paid for two-day expedited shipping. When the part still had not shipped by COB the next day, I called and cancelled the order since it would not arrive in time. The customer service person I spoke to said she had cancelled the order but I received the part the following Monday. #not happy with slow shipping.

I will definitely buy from this seller again! The part actually got here a day early!! Thanks again!!
