Supertech Performance NEVI-1038F Inconel Exhaust Valve Oversize - 1mm VQ37VHR

The Supertech Performance NEVI-1038F is a high-performance Inconel exhaust valve engineered for Nissan VQ37VHR engines. Designed for turbocharged, supercharged, and high-performance applications, this valve delivers exceptional durability and heat resistance in extreme operating conditions.

Key Features:

• Constructed from Inconel-Nimonic superalloy for superior high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance
• +1mm oversize head diameter (31.4mm) for improved flow and performance
• Single groove design with 5.96mm stem diameter and 94.7mm overall length
• One-piece forged construction with precision CNC machining for exact dimensions
• Specialized heat treatment and nitride hardening for enhanced durability
• Precision-ground seat faces and patented Superfinishing technique for flawless surfaces
• Swirl-polished heads with controlled stem finish to support valve guide life

Supertech valves undergo a meticulous manufacturing process including two-step forging for superior grain flow, multiple CNC machining steps, stress-relief heat treatment, and precision grinding. The Inconel alloy provides significantly lower valve head temperatures compared to standard stainless steel valves, offering improved material strength and allowing for wider spark timing advances in turbocharged applications. Ideal for racing, endurance builds, and high-boost engines that experience sustained elevated exhaust gas temperatures.
