Product Details

The Wiseco PK1924 is a complete top end rebuild kit designed for the KTM 250SX-F (2016–2019) and compatible Husqvarna models. Built around the forged 40144M piston at the standard 78.00mm bore and a high-compression 14.4:1 ratio, this kit delivers everything needed to restore or upgrade your 4-stroke engine in a single purchase.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged 4-stroke piston (40144M, 78.00mm standard bore)
  • Piston rings
  • Wrist pin
  • Circlips / retaining clips
  • Matched top end gasket kit

Key Features:

  • 14.4:1 compression ratio — race-tuned for maximum 4-stroke performance
  • Race-ready dome finish with smooth edges for improved combustion flow
  • Horizontal slot-pin oiling reduces friction and provides scuff resistance
  • Pressure seal groove for maximum ring seal and reduced blow-by
  • ArmorGlide skirt coating lowers friction and noise to contribute to increased horsepower
  • Forged construction engineered and machined in the USA for superior strength and durability
  • Race-proven design trusted by top teams in Supercross, Motocross, and GNCC competition

Wiseco top end kits are purpose-built for the serious off-road and motocross rider who demands a reliable, high-performance rebuild using matched, quality components. All parts are specifically chosen to work together with the forged piston for a straightforward, one-stop top end rebuild.
