As long as i recieve the part in a timely fashion this would be rated a five. Site is strange, had truck as vehicle (2000 tundra) and showed no parts, but typed in part # and they came up. Also, did not get 20% coupon code as intro stated.

Ordering was simple and fast.

I purchased several parts. 3 of which were defective. I spoke with Micheal on the phone and he emailed me, I replied the next day November 17th, he did not respond to my email or inform me that I needed to return the parts prior to new ones being sent. I have been waiting for the parts fro 2 weeks. Now i have ordered an replacement so the defective strut can be removed from the car and new one put on.
