The QA1 EXFL5 is an EX Series Endura carbon steel rod end featuring a female mounting configuration with left-hand thread. Designed as an economical alternative to chromoly, this rod end delivers reliable performance in moderate-load suspension applications.

5/16 in. (0.3125 in.) Bore: Precision-ground ball accepts standard 5/16 in. hardware
Self-Sealing & Self-Lubricating: Nylon/PTFE injection-molded race keeps dirt and debris out while eliminating the need for routine re-greasing
Carbon Steel Body: Protective coating applied for corrosion resistance; increased cross-sectional thickness for greater tensile strength
52100 Bearing Steel Ball: Heat-treated, hard chrome plated, and precision ground for long service life
Metal-to-Metal Support: Exclusive loader slot design handles heavy shock loads without pounding out

The EXFL5 is well-suited for circle track and performance suspension builds including control arms, panhard bars, 4-link rods, trailing arms, and pullbars where a cost-effective carbon steel option is preferred over chromoly.
