Product Details

The ACL Bearings 4B1912-.25 is a precision-engineered connecting rod bearing set designed for Honda F20C and F22C engines found in 2000-2009 S2000 models and H22A/H22Z engines. This set features a 0.25mm oversize dimension for applications requiring slightly larger bearing clearances or when machining the crankshaft.

Key Features:

  • Tri-metal construction with high-strength overlay plate for superior fatigue resistance
  • Hardened steel backing on all rod bearings improves support and bearing retention
  • Designed to withstand higher RPM conditions in performance applications
  • Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing
  • Enhanced eccentricity compensates for bore distortion at high RPM
  • Complete set includes 8 bearing halves for 4 connecting rods
  • 0.25mm oversize for precise engine building requirements

ACL Race Series bearings deliver an excellent balance of strength and forgiveness, making them suitable for both street performance applications and high-stress racing environments. The unique tri-metal design provides reduced friction and enhanced galling protection for reliable engine operation.
