Strange Engineering PSS115-4.75 Medium Duty Aluminum Strut Package with Springs

The Strange Engineering PSS115-4.75 is a complete medium-duty forged aluminum strut package designed specifically for drag racing applications. This system is recommended for vehicles under 2,600 lbs and is designed for drag racing only. The kit provides the basis for a lightweight front suspension where frame construction is much simpler, suspension geometry is more easily established, and header clearance is improved over conventional A-frame suspension.

Stud Mount Struts:

• Forged 2014-T4 aluminum bodies
• Stainless steel spindles with 2 1/2" stroke (with bumper installed)
• Forged from 2000 series aluminum alloy to provide high strength at minimal weight
• Externally adjustable for extension rate and valved specifically for drag racing
• Forged in the USA, designed, machined, and assembled by Strange Engineering

Medium Duty 2-Piston Brake Kit (4 3/4" Bolt Circle):

• One piece forged slotted steel rotors
• Two piston billet aluminum calipers with soft metallic brake pads
• Forged aluminum hubs with lightening holes and Timken bearings, races, and seals
• 1/2"-20 screw-in wheel studs and all necessary mounting hardware

Lower Control Arm Components:

• 4130 chrome moly construction with Teflon-lined spherical LCA bearings
• 4130 seamless chrome moly tubing with Teflon-lined chrome moly rod ends and jam nuts
• Grade 8 bolts, flanged locking Jet nuts, and 3AN washers

Hypercoil Springs Included:

• Chrome silicone steel construction, powder coated for corrosion resistance
• Choice of spring rate based on front weight requirements

Note: Brake hoses and lines are not included. Calipers are tapped 1/8" NPT and supplied with male 3 AN fittings. This is a custom-order package and requires vehicle specifications prior to ordering.
