Product Details

The ARP 134-1103 header bolt kit is precision-engineered for Small Block Chevy 6.2L LT1 engines, providing superior clamping force and reliability for header installations. These premium fasteners are manufactured from ARP's proprietary 8740 chrome moly steel alloy and heat-treated to deliver exceptional strength and durability under extreme exhaust temperatures and vibration.

Key Features:

  • 12-point head design for easier installation access in tight engine compartments
  • 8740 chrome moly steel construction for superior tensile strength (180,000 PSI)
  • Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance
  • Precision rolled threads for consistent and accurate torque loading
  • Specifically designed for GM 6.2L LT1 engine applications
  • Complete kit includes all necessary bolts for header installation

ARP fasteners are manufactured in-house to aerospace tolerances and undergo rigorous quality control testing. Each bolt is engineered to prevent common exhaust leak issues caused by inferior fasteners loosening under heat cycling. The 12-point head configuration provides multiple wrench positions for improved accessibility during installation and removal.

Easy shopping experience

It was easy and quick to shop on your website.

I was shopping for a bed cover for my truck and found that autoplicity had the lowest price when I was ready to buy. After I placed the order, I got an email notifying me that my order was shipped and got a tracking number. Seamless transaction so far. Very happy.

Your site is great, just the part I need.
