Wiseco 6422B110 BBC Big Chief Head Forged Piston Shelf Stock - 3815 15.6cc

The Wiseco 6422B110 is a single forged shelf-stock piston engineered specifically for Chevrolet Big Block engines built around the Big Chief 3815 cylinder head. Featuring a +15.6cc solid dome design, this piston is purpose-built for serious street/strip and race applications where maximum compression and power output are the priority.

Part of Wiseco's Professional Series lineup, these pistons are designed to complement the large-port, high-flow characteristics of the Big Chief 3815 head. The 6422B110 is sized at a +0.010" overbore and is sold individually as a shelf-stock unit, allowing builders to replace a single piston or assemble a custom set.

Key Features:

• Forged 2618 high-strength aluminum alloy for superior tensile strength and detonation resistance
• +15.6cc solid dome crown machined for use with the Big Chief 3815 head chamber design
• ArmorGlide® skirt coating for seizure resistance, reduced friction, and quieter operation
• Precision-machined crown with fully machined features for consistent combustion geometry
• Anti-detonation groove and pressure seal grooves for enhanced ring sealing
• Vertical gas ports for improved ring seal and reduced blow-by
• Double Spirolox® retainers included for secure wrist pin retention
• +0.010" overbore (B110) shelf-stock sizing — single piston
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's Mentor, Ohio facility
