Wiseco VT2774 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam Forged Piston Kit 4.250" Bore 131CID

The Wiseco VT2774 is a complete forged piston kit designed for Harley-Davidson Twin Cam (TC) engines bored out to a 4.250-inch bore diameter, resulting in a substantial 131 cubic inch displacement. Built for high-performance street and custom applications, these pistons deliver the strength and reliability required for big-bore TC builds.

Wiseco forges each piston from high-strength aluminum alloy using their proven manufacturing process, producing a component that withstands the elevated cylinder pressures and thermal loads of a stroked and bored Twin Cam powerplant. The skirt coating reduces friction, improves scuff resistance during break-in, and extends overall piston service life.

Important Installation Notes:

• Crankcase boring is required — the engine cases must be machined to accommodate the 4.250" bore size
• Recalibration is required — fuel system and ignition tuning must be performed after installation

VT Kit Includes:

• Forged aluminum pistons (skirt coated)
• Piston rings
• Circlips
• Chrome piston pins
• Gasket set

The VT kit provides everything needed to complete the top-end assembly, making it a convenient all-in-one solution for engine builders and performance shops performing major displacement increases on Harley-Davidson Twin Cam platforms.
