Product Details

The ACL Bearings 5M1948P-20 is a high-performance crankshaft main bearing set designed for precision engine builds and rebuilds requiring 0.020" undersize bearings. This complete main bearing set delivers the quality and reliability that ACL Bearings has been known for since their establishment over 70 years ago in Tasmania, Australia.

Key Features:

 • Performance Series (P-suffix) construction for enhanced durability
 • 0.020" undersize for machined crankshaft journals
 • Trimetal bearing construction with hardened steel backing
 • Improved eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM
 • Enhanced heat transfer properties for improved thermal management
 • Precision-manufactured to ISO standards using advanced tooling
 • Complete main bearing set for full crankshaft support

ACL Performance bearings feature increased crush for superior bearing retention, optimized oil clearances for proper lubrication, and a dark electroplated overlay finish that is characteristic of ACL's manufacturing process. The 0.020" undersize specification makes this bearing set ideal for crankshafts that have been machined to remove wear or damage, restoring proper bearing clearances for reliable engine operation.

A+shipping was quick, communications were quick

Best prices online! Ordered a JBA performance exhaust and Airaid intake system for my 06 F-150. Was hesitant at first because I never heard of them but ordering was a breeze and saved me over $100 total for two items compared to anywhere else. Had package at my door in about 24 hours and even selected normal UPS ground shipping. Very satisfied and will definitely return!

Autoplicity was plenty cheaper than competitors for the springs I needed. I was shopping around and left the website after beginning a transaction and they sent me a coupon for 25% off shipping if I would return and purchase from them, which was cool. Unfortunately the coupon code didn't change the price and I didn't receive 25% off, but it was still cheaper than others.

Easy and quick. Great price, too!

The best price found on the net for an Airtex fuel pump. Fast shipping via UPS. Received 08/09/2012

Autoplicity is now in my favorites. Order Number:
Ray J.
