So far I am happy with Autoplicity's order status updates. I like when shipments are in process and with the updates I know progress is happening. When an order doesn't seem to be moving along a customer wonders what the hold up is. Well so far I don't have to wonder which makes me more patient in waiting for my order. Autoplicity had a MSD Timing Twister that was discontinued and no one had in stock. I called 6 places before getting in touch with them. Ordered part and had it in a matter of days.
