Product Details

The ARP AI5.715-2GB is a high-performance M9 metric head stud manufactured from premium ARP2000 material, offering superior clamping strength for engine builds requiring maximum head gasket sealing reliability. This single stud measures 5.715 inches in overall length and includes an integrated guide for proper alignment during installation.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from ARP2000 material rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength
  • M9 metric thread size for precise fitment
  • 5.715-inch overall length
  • Includes integrated guide for accurate head and gasket alignment
  • Provides superior clamp load compared to standard head bolts
  • Heat-treated prior to thread rolling for maximum strength
  • Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance

ARP head studs deliver more accurate and consistent torque loading than conventional head bolts, which can twist during installation and reduce clamping effectiveness. The ARP2000 material is a heavily alloyed martensitic steel specifically engineered for high-stress fastener applications, making this stud ideal for performance and racing engines that demand reliable head gasket sealing under extreme cylinder pressures.

Part was a perfect fit for my truck. Shipped out fast, and delivery was actually a day earlier than estimated via tracking number.
