tried customer service to order they cant seem to find my shipping addres info, i log into site and placed order site was haveing problems going into differnt areas to get parts.

Shipping a little higher than expected, but you have it in stock and no one around here does.

It was quick and straight to the point without a whole lot of dialogue.

Had everything I needed and had the best price

First off, the price was excellent and they communicate every step of the sale. Shipping was immediate and arrived promptly with the complete order. One observation is the shipping calculator is flaky. I had to revise the order during checkout and noticed it seemed to give a different price each time. 6 cans of satin black $12 add 6 more of gloss, $15 change to 12 of the satin then $24 cancel order and purchase 12 satin then back to $15
