Wiseco 60111RXS Forged Piston RXS Series Powersports Performance

The Wiseco 60111RXS is a forged performance piston from the Wiseco RXS series, engineered for powersports and racing applications that demand exceptional strength and thermal durability. Wiseco has been a leading manufacturer of forged pistons for over 80 years, producing components that are designed, forged, and CNC-machined in the USA at their Mentor, Ohio facility.

Key Features:

• Forged aluminum construction — delivers a denser grain structure compared to cast pistons, resulting in superior strength and resistance to detonation and thermal fatigue
• Precision CNC-machined to tight tolerances for optimal ring seal and consistent combustion chamber performance
• Dedicated forging allows for an optimized strength-to-weight ratio tailored to the specific engine application
• Part of the Wiseco RXS series — engineered for demanding powersports environments including ATV, dirt bike, UTV, snowmobile, and street applications
• Engineered to precise specifications for performance upgrade or direct OEM replacement use

Wiseco forged pistons are a trusted upgrade over stock cast units, offering improved resilience under high heat and pressure cycles. The 60111RXS is built to the same rigorous standards that have made Wiseco the choice of professional engine builders and racers worldwide.
