Cusco 800 475 A Type I Front Lower Arm Bar

The Cusco 800 475 A is a Type I Front Lower Arm Bar engineered to enhance chassis rigidity and suspension performance. This performance upgrade features a tubular high-tension lightweight aluminum construction with anti-corrosive coating for long-lasting protection against the elements.

Key Features:

• High-tension lightweight aluminum tubular design for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Anti-corrosive paint finish for protection against road salt and environmental elements
• Connects lower arm mounting points to reduce body flex during cornering
• Dramatically improves steering rigidity, response, and traction
• 2-point setup configuration for straightforward installation
• Includes all required mounting hardware for bolt-on installation
• Installs easily using standard hand tools

Lower arm bars differ from traditional chassis bracing by solidifying the mechanical working aspects of the suspension system. By connecting the suspension arm to cross member mounting points with solid chassis points, this bar reduces alignment flex and prevents body flex that can compromise handling performance. The result is improved body rigidity that translates to better steering feedback, enhanced throttle response, and increased traction, especially during hard cornering.
