Product Details

The Cusco 560 022 CP is a high-performance copper twin plate clutch system engineered for demanding motorsports applications. This twin disc clutch delivers exceptional clamping force and heat dissipation capabilities, making it ideal for modified turbocharged engines requiring increased torque capacity beyond stock clutch limitations.

Key Specifications:

  • Clutch diameter: 230mm
  • Spline diameter: 26.1mm with 23 teeth
  • Clamping force: 10,800 N (1,100 kgf)
  • Pull-type design with 200mm pull size
  • Copper twin disc configuration for superior heat management
  • Includes special service tool set (SST) for 4G63 engine installation

The copper friction material provides excellent heat resistance and durability under high-load conditions, while the twin disc design allows for increased torque capacity without excessive pedal effort. This clutch system is specifically designed for turbocharged 4G63T applications and requires the use of Cusco's specialized installation tools for proper fitment.
