Product Details

The Cusco 564 270 L20 Safety 21 Roll Cage is a high-rigidity, competition-grade 7-point roll cage designed for 5-passenger configurations with an along-roof layout and escape dash design. Built to meet JAF (Japan Automobile Federation) domestic safety regulations, this roll cage delivers a substantial increase in chassis rigidity while providing critical occupant protection in high-speed motorsport environments.

Constructed from cold-drawn seamless carbon steel, the cage features precision bending processes that maximize structural strength while minimizing overall weight. The front cage geometry is engineered to preserve the driver's field of vision, and mounting positions are strategically placed at suspension base points and high-strength chassis locations for maximum rigidity transfer.

Key Features:

 • 7-point roll cage construction for maximum structural support
 • 5-passenger seating capacity configuration
 • Along-roof layout with escape dash design
 • Cold-drawn seamless carbon steel construction
 • 40mm pipe diameter with 2.0mm wall thickness
 • Mounting plate area 60mm² or greater with 2.6mm wall thickness
 • Reinforcing plate area 120mm² or greater with 3.2mm wall thickness
 • Compliant with JAF domestic competition safety regulations
 • Engineered to improve chassis rigidity, handling, and steering response
 • Front design does not obstruct driver sightlines

The Cusco Safety 21 roll cage series is purpose-built for drivers who demand both regulatory compliance and real-world performance gains. Improved torsional rigidity translates directly into more predictable handling, sharper steering feedback, and enhanced driver confidence on track or during sanctioned competition events.

quick and easy

It was very easy. I am looking forward to seeing it. It's for my granddaughters truck.

Can't wait to see how it fits. Thanks

The absolute best price around by far for the Diablosport Intune. Order left Autoplicity within a day of ordering and they quickly provided an email with tracking number. This company is everything you would expect from a better known store except the inflated price.

Autoplicity has the lowest prices. My new shocks were shipped within 24 hours with UPS Ground tracking#. Although I was expecting a closer warehouse than the San Diego one for my product to ship from (I'm in CT), I would still rate 8.5/10 stars.

The prices were so low that I ordered struts the next day so that I could take advantage of the MONROE rebate by ordering a full set. My MDX is sitting pretty and riding smooth once again. Thanks, Autoplicity.
order#8137 & #8177
