Cusco 567 290 W ASN Steel Roll Cage Dash Through Full Weld-In

The Cusco 567 290 W is a professional-grade ASN-specification roll cage constructed from cold-drawn seamless carbon steel, designed for full weld-in installation with a dash-through configuration. This Safety21 series roll cage provides maximum occupant protection during rollover situations while dramatically improving chassis rigidity for enhanced handling performance on both street and track.

Key Features:

• ASN-specification design meets racing body safety standards
• Cold-drawn seamless carbon steel construction for exceptional strength
• Dash-through design with A-pillar bars penetrating the dashboard
• Full weld-in installation for maximum rigidity and safety
• 40mm outer diameter tubing with 2.0mm wall thickness
• Engineered by professional chassis specialists and track-proven worldwide
• Reduces monocoque flex during cornering for improved handling response
• Mounting plates 60mm² or larger with 2.6mm thickness minimum

Cusco roll cages serve dual purposes: protecting occupants in the event of a rollover while simultaneously stiffening the chassis to minimize flex during aggressive cornering. Each cage is precision-engineered to meet strict safety standards and manufactured in Japan to exacting quality specifications. Professional installation and welding required. When installed, appropriate safety equipment including FIA/SFI approved racing seats, harnesses, and helmet padding on bars is strongly recommended.
