Cusco 427 003 AL Aluminum Radiator Cooling Plate

The Cusco 427 003 AL is a hand-crafted aluminum radiator cooling plate designed to optimize engine cooling performance by improving airflow management at the radiator. This cooling plate closes the gap on top of the radiator and helps reduce airflow turbulences, guiding more air through the radiator for decreased water temperature during spirited and everyday driving.

Key Features:

• Manufactured in lightweight aluminum construction for strength without adding excess weight
• Finished in signature Cusco blue and polished to a mirror shine for high-performance appearance
• Bolt-on design easily mounted using nuts and bolts on the body side
• Features the famous Cusco JDM manufacturer's logo engraved into the plate
• Channels air to the radiator more efficiently than factory covers, helping maximize cooling and keeping engine temperatures consistent under racing environments

How It Works:

There is typically a gap between the top of the radiator and the upper support, which allows air that could be cooling to escape over the top of the radiator. The Cusco Radiator Cooling Plate eliminates this problem by directing the air through the radiator, rather than over. This increases air going through the radiator for more output, thus holding down coolant temperature on track runs and continuous high speed drives, preventing over-heating.

Hand-crafted in Japan, this cooling plate represents Cusco's commitment to quality performance parts and adds both functional cooling benefits and visual appeal to your engine bay.
