The Cusco 00B 009 05A is an oil catch tank (also called an oil catch can) sold as the tank only, with a 9mm size designation. A catch tank is used in the crankcase ventilation (PCV) system. It collects liquid oil from crankcase fumes before that oil can travel back toward the intake.
