Cusco LSD 986 V15 Type RS Limited Slip Differential 1.5 Way

The Cusco LSD 986 V15 is a high-performance Type RS limited slip differential engineered for drivers seeking superior traction and handling characteristics. This specialized 1.5-way LSD features a 60% lock preset configuration, providing aggressive locking characteristics during acceleration while maintaining more moderate behavior during deceleration.

Key Features:

• Type RS design with 60% lock preset for consistent performance
• 1.5-way configuration: 35% lock on deceleration, enhanced lock on acceleration
• Clutch-type differential construction for progressive engagement
• Special L15SP specification optimized for demanding motorsport applications
• Precision-engineered internals for durability under high-stress conditions
• Improves corner exit traction and reduces understeer

The 1.5-way design makes this LSD ideal for circuit racing and aggressive street driving, where maximum acceleration traction is needed while retaining more neutral engine braking characteristics. The 60% lock preset provides a balanced compromise between streetability and track performance, offering predictable breakaway characteristics and improved power distribution to both drive wheels.
