Product Details

The Cusco LSD 120 B15 is a high-performance Type MZ limited slip differential designed for rear differential applications. This unit features an innovative design where activation pressure opposes the direction of initial torque through the utilization of a cone spring, providing the highest initial torque rating of any Cusco LSD model.

Key Features:

  • Type MZ design with high-pressure cone spring for full clutch pack lock at a linear rate
  • 1.5 way configuration activates under acceleration while reducing understeer during deceleration compared to 2 way LSDs
  • Dual-profile pressure ring allows switching between 1 way and 1.5 way operation without purchasing additional components
  • Exclusive radially-cut clutch plate grooves enable instant oil movement for improved efficiency and durability
  • Polished pressure ring contact surface ensures even and flat contact with clutch plates
  • Cusco Oil Through System enhances oil circulation and supply to critical areas when used with Cusco LSD oil
  • Adjustable responsiveness and locking characteristics through customizable plate combinations

The 1.5 way configuration is ideal for drivers who want strong acceleration performance while minimizing understeer on deceleration. The Type MZ's aggressive engagement characteristics make it particularly well-suited for track use and performance driving applications. Professional installation recommended.
