Product Details

The QA1 KMR4T is a precision-engineered K-Series three-piece carbon steel rod end bearing featuring a PTFE race liner for smooth, self-lubricating, maintenance-free operation. Designed for performance automotive, racing, and suspension linkage applications, this male right-hand rod end offers a 1/4" bore with 1/4-28 right-hand threads.

Three-piece alloy steel construction — carbon steel body with protective coating for corrosion resistance
52100 bearing steel ball — heat treated, hard chrome plated, and precision ground for durability and low friction
Alloy steel race — corrosion and wear resistant with a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) liner for self-lubricating, maintenance-free performance
Male mounting configuration with 1/4" bore and 1/4-28 right-hand thread
Available in right- and left-hand thread variants across the KM-T series
Manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards

The KM-T series builds on QA1's traditional three-piece carbon steel KM rod end by adding a PTFE fabric liner to the race, reducing the need for lubrication and extending service life in street and performance applications. This rod end is well-suited for control arms, steering linkages, suspension adjusters, and other precision linkage uses where smooth articulation and dimensional accuracy are required.
