ACL thrust washers feature tri-metal construction with a hardened steel backing, engineered to prevent crankshaft axial movement and maintain precise alignment with critical rotating engine components.

Key Features:

  • Tri-metal construction for superior strength and durability
  • Prevents crankshaft from moving longitudinally during operation
  • Maintains proper alignment with main bearings and connecting rods
  • Helps crankshaft withstand stresses from clutch and flywheel operation
  • Standard size (STD) for OEM specification crankshafts
  • Set includes two bearing halves required for one engine
  • Ideal for performance builds, rebuilds, and racing applications

ACL Race Series thrust washers are manufactured using advanced materials with improved heat conduction and oil distribution properties, making them suitable for high RPM conditions and demanding applications. These precision-engineered components are commonly replaced during engine rebuilds to ensure optimal crankshaft positioning and longevity.
